The sympathetic conversion of the historic Out Barn showcases the marriage of old, traditional materials with modern, contemporary, sustainable aspects.

Family owned, The Out Barn is based on our organic farm of 360 acres, with the venue being exclusively yours to host the wedding of your dreams. We can seat up to a 150 people during the day with up to an additional 100 people at night. The Out Barn has stunning uninterrupted views of the iconic Pendle Hill and the surrounding farmland, perfect for gorgeous wedding photos.

We are a flexible venue with a small team who will work with you to realise your dreams and ensure your day is memorable for all the right reasons.

The Old Dairy Cottage is included in the venue hire and is only a short stroll from The Out Barn. This traditional stone-built cottage features open plan living with an en-suite master bedroom and is always stocked with prosecco!
